She has helped numerous Asian brides look their best, so read on for her essential beauty tips to make your wedding day one to remember. De fuzz your hairOver the winter months excess body hair can sprout up and you should get rid of it. The best way to get rid of body hair is waxing. It lasts for a good few weeks and the hairs come back finer too. I always recommend going to a salon to get it done professionally. When we try and do it ourselves, we risk breaking hairs or pulling at the wrong angle, causing the hair follicles to become distorted. I suggest using a warm strip wax. It is less painful and because the wax is warm it doesn’t overly sensitize your skin. There are many different types of wax, we use a Tee Tree based wax, which is anti inflammatory and anti bacterial too. Treat those Feet and HandsThe feet definitely are a victim of those cold winter months. They, alongside your hands are probably the most neglected parts of the body. It is so important to look after your feet. They house many reflexology points connected to our vital organs. By stimulating them, you can help these organs function more efficiently. However, if the feet are covered with thick skin this makes the points more difficult to stimulate. Try treating your feet once a week before you go to bed. Mix together 2 tbls of oatmeal with one of olive oil. Then massage into your feet before soaking them in a foot bowl with two fistfuls of sea salt. This will help remove dead cells and soften the skin. Bathe your feet for 15 minutes and rinse off. Then apply the BVM Foot mask (£18.50 250ml) and wrap with cling film for 20 minutes. The essential oils and minerals will really soften your skin. Rinse off and moisturise with olive oil. You will notice that your skin starts to soften. Having regular pedicures is also an excellent way to keep your feet healthy and free of dead cells. Try the BVM Deluxe Pedicure £40, which is designed to keep your feet in the best condition so you are proud to take them out this summer.
